The GAA is very pleased to present an excellent one-off opportunity to learn about the philosophy behind the daily acts of salat and taharat.

This Saturday 14th December, we are very privileged to have a one-off fiqh based masterclass led by special guest Sheikh Mohammad Zakaria. The lecture and interactive workshop will cover the spiritual and philosophical significance of prayer with the promise of a better understanding of these daily acts of worship. There will also be plenty opportunity to have any questions answered.

The workshop will cover a full day from 10am to 4pm. There will be tea/coffee and pastries available on arrival as well as lunch later.

The schedule will be as follows:

10am -10.30am Welcome/Breakfast

10.30 -12.00 Salat & Taharat Workshop

12.00 -13.00 Prayer/Lunch

13.00 -16.00 Salat & Taharat Workshop 

16.00 Summary followed by Maghrib prayer
